this year's theme is blanca y oro, white and gold. we invite guests to embrace the theme, styling elegant shades of white with metallic gold accents. from classic and timeless to edgy and fun, these luminous touches will bring sophistication to the evening.
5:00pm - arrive, check-in at registration and take a professional picture in front of our media wall.
enjoy light bites and welcome drink, sign up for a party board and bid on class art while you mingle with friends!
6:15pm - guests make their way into the chandelier ballroom for dinner program.
7:00pm - seated dinner service begins.
8:00pm - program with live auction and paddle raise begins.
8:45pm - dinner program concludes and dueling pianos and dancing commence!
11:00pm - event concludes.
yes, and here is why:
we expect over 300 guests for the evening, each checking in at the registration table. arriving early ensures you find your table and get comfortable before the evening begins. you also have a chance to sign up for party board experiences, participate in the raise the bar opportunity drawing, and bid on class art.
valet parking for the evening is included with your sponsorship/individual ticket price. if you elect to leave your car overnight, you will be responsible for the $65.00 charge, to be paid upon retrieval. rideshare is highly encouraged.
the raise the bar opportunity drawing is your chance to elevate your home entertaining game while supporting laguna! You can enter to win an impressive selection of premium spirits, wines, and mixers, all curated to help build your home bar. with multiple options to choose from, you can go all in for one bottle of premium whiskey or take your chances on each offering! we will also have non-alcoholic options available.
single ticket - $50
five tickets - $200

a party board is a unique, donated event held on a predetermined date that brings our community together while supporting laguna blanca. each party board will have a sign up sheet with event details, including the date and time. bring your calendar so you and your crew can save the date!
a paddle raise (also known as fund-a-need) is the point in the evening where you are physically raising your paddle and contributing to laguna blanca with a 100% tax deductible donation. these crucial dollars go directly toward faculty support endowment. click here to learn more.
